ODI Data Server Using TimesTen Driver Fails with "no ttJdbcCS1122 in java.library.path" Error (Doc ID 2371592.1)

Symptoms

On a Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit OS TimesTen drivers have been installed to connect to TimesTen version 11.2.2.8.17 using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). 

The ODI Data Server tests successfully against the local agent but fails against an agent with error:

 Copying the driver jar files to the following path does not resolve the error:

%AppData%\Roaming\odi\oracledi\userlib\odi\agent\lib
