Error when Displaying Metadata Only Item in the Content UI (Doc ID 2372659.1)

Symptoms

On WebCenter Content 12.2.1.2.0, we created a document with metadata only using the setting AllowPrimaryMetaFile=true, and we noticed that in the Content UI the preview of this document is not working, after clicking on it. The browser shows this error:
