OSB: Purging Session Activation History via WLST (Doc ID 2374044.1)

Last updated on MARCH 09, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Service Bus - Version 11.1.1.7.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

OSB allows to Purge Session Activation History over a specific period, delimited by start and end dates.

On this you can open the OSB console and hit the Activation History icon (it is like a Clipboard icon) -> History and use the Purge tool (pencil icon).
You do not need to create a session to purge Activation history records. Session must to be active to purge. Purge can be done for all Activation history or by a date range.

Purging session activation history involves deleting data that enables multiple levels of undo. In other words, if you purge session activation history for a specific period, you will not be able to undo sessions activated during that period.

Is it possible to purge this Activation History via WLST?
