During the Forms and Reports Configuration, the "JDBC Component Schema Test" fails with the following errors:

CFGFWK-42067:The JDBC configuration test did not fully complete or completed with errors.
CAUSE: You can click "Next" to bypass the testing.
ACTION: Go back to the previous panels to fix the problems.
