SOA Instance End Point URL's Pointing To PROD After Refresh

Symptoms

SOA TSTB database is refreshed from SOAPROD database and now all the endpoints URL's pointing to SOA PROD. We have replaced almost all pointing to SOA TSTB but still facing the below composite issue.
