* APEX 5.0.4
* EPG used to access APEX
*Toolkit information is not shown in the apex_verify_out output.
Unable to login to an APEX application. The following error is seen when one try to login into the application.
ORA-06550: line 2, column 1:
PLS-00201: identifier 'OWA_UTIL' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 2, column 1:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Return to application.

Also it is not possible to create a new Workspace, however access to APEX Builder and INTERNAL Administration is working.
Changes
Migrated a working application from an APEX 3.2 instance to a new Database with APEX 5.0.4.
