Requesting More Features For Capture's Text File Commit (Doc ID 2374387.1)

Goal

It has been requested to release ONLY text files to a 3rd party system. In the Capture Console Commit tab, the text file release type requires the release of a document or image along with the text file.

There is a request to be able to name the text file with metadata variables the same as the document file. Currently, the only choices are to set a prefix and the extension.
