When Starting WebLogic Server it Fails with 'The Trust Keystore Configuration Specified on the Command Line or in boot.properties does not Match the Trust Keystore Configuration Specified in config.xml'

There are 2 separate applications each designed differently.

App1 using weblogic.net

App2 using java.net

Error thrown when starting WebLogic Server:

<Mar 1, 2018, 10:35:07,530 PM UTC> <Critical> <Security> <BEA-090174> <The trust keystore configuration specified on the command line or in boot.properties does not match the trust keystore configuration specified in config.xml.>
<Mar 1, 2018, 10:35:07,760 PM UTC> <Alert> <Security> <BEA-090717> <Invalid server testServer SSL configuration>
<Mar 1, 2018, 10:35:07,761 PM UTC> <Critical> <Security> <BEA-090112> <SSL is configured to require clients to present their certificates, however, no trusted certificates have been loaded. The trusted certificates are necessary for validating client certificates.>
