Symptoms

Many stuck threads seen in WAITING state like the one below in the SOA Server logs.

[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '128' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" #46483 daemon prio=1 os_prio=0 tid=0x00007f612c349000 nid=0x7a64 waiting on condition [0x00007f60957d3000]
java.lang.Thread.State: WAITING (parking)
at sun.misc.Unsafe.park(Native Method)
- parking to wait for (a java.util.concurrent.locks.ReentrantLock$NonfairSync)
at java.util.concurrent.locks.LockSupport.park(LockSupport.java:175)
at java.util.concurrent.locks.AbstractQueuedSynchronizer.parkAndCheckInterrupt(AbstractQueuedSynchronizer.java:836)
at java.util.concurrent.locks.AbstractQueuedSynchronizer.acquireQueued(AbstractQueuedSynchronizer.java:870)
