Content Presenter Does Not Display Items In Portals Intermittently (Doc ID 2374957.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Portal, Content Presenter task flow renders content from WebCenter Content. Every instance of the Content Presenter renders a single content item that uses the same Element Definition (ED_RM_WYSIWYG) and Region Definition (RD_RM_WYSIWYG).

When content is added to a page via Content Presenter task flow, the content renders correctly in both the preview tab, and on the Portal page. However, a few hours later, accessing the page results in a blank page, without the Content Presenter items rendered. Problem is very intermittent.
