"Invalid CREATE Command" is Received when Executing an ODI 12c Mapping to Load Data Into a Target File Datastore (Doc ID 2375569.1)

The following message is received when executing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Mapping that loads data from an Oracle source Datastore to a target File Datastore:

ODI-1228: Task Generate header-IKM SQL to File Append- fails on the target connection MyOracleDB.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00901: invalid CREATE command
