On a Windows Server running the WebCenter Content: Imaging services, the below directory contains millions of 0K byte files.

C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\Temp\

This is causing the C:\ drive to be totally consumed, when the Imaging server is starting, which prevents the application from starting.
