ODI Upgrade Wizard Summary Screen Shows Incorrect ODI Work Repository Information (Doc ID 2375754.1)

Symptoms

The database schema holding the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Repositoires has been cloned into a new location, then the Upgrade Assistant (UA) has been used for upgrading the ODI Repositories from this new location.

The upgrade however fails, and the following error is observed on the Summary screen:
