Symptoms

Running basic webstart configuration to run test.fmx with Forms 12c in SSL Mode:   https://machine:port/forms/frmservlet?config=webstart

This fails with java console showing the following:

ache: Resource https://machine:443/forms/java/extensions.jnlp has expired.
java.security.KeyStoreException: WIExplorerMy not found
