"Manage Columns..." Option Not Visible in Table Under View > Columns Menu (Doc ID 2376166.1)

In a table the option "Manage Columns..." is not visible under the View > Columns menu.

Option "Manage Columns..." allows the user to show/hide columns from visible table.

Changes were made starting 11.1.1.6.0 to enhance tables to improve user experience when using PanelCollection.
