WebCenter Enterprise Client Does Not Allow a Select Year on the Datepicker Popup (Doc ID 2376676.1)

Goal

The Capture Client should have the option to select the year on the datepicker popup.

The datepicker popup shows only "<" and ">" to move a month forward or backwards.  This is a problem for old dates (many years in the past), so the only options are to continuously click back to the year and then month, or enter the date manually.

Is there any way to configure the datepicker popup to allow a year selector?
