Exalogic Virtual: Dom0 Compute Node IB Networks Not Working After Reboot (Doc ID 2376925.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, Issue of IB network not working after Dom0 Compute Nodes reboot is observed. Because of this /OVS/repositories & other NFS mounts will be missing as NFS mounts use IB network. Also o2cb, ocfs2 OVS service will be offline and poolfs will be missing due to IB network issues. This is because OCFS2 Cluster heartbeats communication happens over IB network.

At the time of the issue xenbr0 Management network is accessible on the Compute Nodes and SSH login to Compute Nodes work. Running "ibstat" command we notice that both the IB Ports are Active and UP.
