Goal

When upgrading Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) from 10g to 12c, the ODI repositories need to first be upgraded to 11g and then to 12c.

How to can the language of the upgrade scripts (ua.bat) be changed to English in a Windows 7 environment where the Windows language settings are something else, i.e. French?
