While logging into BAM composer, multiple times we are getting following exception on the screen and in the logs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access BAM Composer on the browser pointing to F5 URL
2. Navigate thru composer randomly until the error reproduces

* This issue only reproduces on a environment with Load Balancer and no WebTier (OHS, Apache, etc) configured.

The issue has the following business impact:

BAM Composer suddenly stop working and get errors.
