Symptoms

In the 12.2.1.3.0 WebLogic Servers Coherence Cluster domain coherence GAR applications are deployed and a Java client application (Tomcat) is trying to join to the WLS domain based coherence cluster as storage disabled client but unable to join and failing as follows.
