Can we pass dDocTitle In ODTU Download Tool Instead Of dID Or dDocName? (Doc ID 2378464.1)

Goal

Is it possible to use dDocTitle in DownloadTool command of Oracle Document Transfer Utility (ODTU) instead of dID or dDocName?

Customer want to pass dDocTitle in Download Tool instead of dID or dDocName because documents are getting loaded from other server and they are not aware of dID or dDocName generated by system.
They only know the dDocTitle hence want to download the content using dDocTitle.
