Upgrading infrastructure from 12.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.2 fails on the Upgrade Assistant.

Performed the following tasks

1) Installed supported JDK

2) Installed 12.2.1.2 infrastructure

3) Ran the upgrade readiness test successfully.

No changes. 12.1.3 schemas are in 12.1.0.2 database and the service name having hyphen character
