'60302: Domain already exists' error during Unpack command execution for WebCenter Content cluster (Doc ID 2378871.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
-----------------------
Following Doc ID 2309958.1, when the domain is clustered, additional steps on each additional node system in the cluster are to be completed which includes executing the pack and unpack commands to migrate the domain. During the executing of the unpack command, the command fails to write domain.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Follow Doc ID 2309958.1 and complete step J. Additional steps when the domain is clustered.
2. Execute pack and unpack commands as directed in the article.
3. Unpack fails with "60302: Domain already exists." error.

Admin(s) is unable to proceed upgrading from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.3.0
