Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Attempting to download a web rendition PDF from Content UI, file name shows "d.pdf" as default.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The name should be the file name or original file name as in the Native UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Content UI
2. Attempt to download a web rendition PDF
3. All files show 'd.pdf' as the file name.
