When attempting to access Roles or Accounts or Entitlements tab the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException Unexpected exception caught: {0}, msg={1}

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------

1. Login to Identity Console as a normal user (non-xelsysadm).
2. Navigate to Manager -> Users -> pick a user -> Entitlements tab (or Roles or Accounts) and the error above shows up.
