Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

 File from WCC is not getting downloaded. Found the following log/message on investigating:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate HCM CLOUD data file
2. Run PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA module: Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration
