Symptoms

Environment

OS:   Windows Server 2008 R2
OAM: Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2)
BIP:   BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.0)

Steps

1. Configure Auditing for Oracle Access management by following "Setting Up Auditing for Oracle Access Management" in the administrator's Guide[1].

2. Open a configured report for OAM but the report is not displayed with the error, "oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Data Model definition not found:...", as below.

The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.

oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Data Model definition not found:/OAM/Authentication_Statistics/AuthenticationPerIP.xdm
