Symptoms
On some cluster members, the Contributor UI Form edit screen for assets is blank.
In the Contributor UI, when creating a new asset, the Form edit screen appears.
- For some cluster members, this center pane of the UI is blank.
The following error is seen in the logs at the same time the blank edit page is displayed:
