Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server
options list not working for metadata fields in Managed Attachment page
User have created 3 level dependent choice list in WebCenter content for 3 metadata fields. This has been mapped to EBS profile for Managed attachment. On the MA screen, after a few checkins, the DCL is not loading the values.
ERROR

Text conversion of the file '<Middleware Home> /weblayout/groups/afdocuments/documents/pmattachment/b2rf/mdaw/~edisp/webcenterprod_000692.msg' failed. Content has been indexed with Info only. Resubmit should only be performed if the problem has been resolved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to checkin a document through MA page
2. Checkin page pops, see the "NO Selection" for FOLDERNAME_DOCUMENTTYPE" metadata dropdown field
