Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Configuration & Deployment Issues (WSM in EM and WLS Consoles, Attaching Policies, OWSM-MDS Data Source, etc)

It has been installed a new 12.2.1.2.0 SOA domain.
When trying to test a web service in a SOA Composite the next error is reported:
