Symptoms
DIP server shows up and running in FMW EM and the DIP application shows active in the Weblogic Console but dipStatus returns:
along with DIP status in EM console being UP (GREEN) but Mbeans being DOWN (RED).
Another symptom, caused by dipConfigurator not having been run, is that the entire "cn=Directory Integration Platform,cn=products,cn=oraclecontext" tree / container / branch DN is missing from OID.
