Viewing Images in WFR Web Verifier is not Consistant (Doc ID 2384074.1)

Periodically, the WFR Web Verifier image pane displays as a grey grid with yellow and blue rectangles instead of the image.

This started occurring when the environment was promoted from DEV to PROD.
