Symptoms
New installation of APEX
APEX_VERIFY script shows no issues.
APEX can be configured with ORDS/EPG/OHS and runs with no issues.
APEX installation log is filled with the following errors:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12899: value too large for column "SYS"."AUDIT_DDL"."NAME" (actual: 32,
maximum: 30)
ORA-06512: at line 6
