Symptoms

During trusted reconciliation using custom schedule job fails for some user and log has following exception:


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run trusted recon to reconcile user in bulk
2. After the recon, when the recon events are getting processed the the error from ReconUserPasswordHandler is seen and this event handler gets compensated.
3. This also results failure to successfully reconcile the user with exception.
