Symptoms

When regenerating scenarios containing mappings in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, with repositories on Microsoft SQL Server, regeneration of scenarios is too slow or seems to remain hanging indefinitely. Scenario generation and execution occurs timely, as expected.
