Cannot Create Logging Last Resource (LLR) DataSources in a Partition Using WLS 12.2.1 (Doc ID 2387461.1)

Symptoms

Datasources are created as LLRs. The goal is to move from Weblogic 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.2 and take advantage of placing deployed applications into partitions. When creating data sources in 12.2.1.2 with the targeting of a datasource to a partition, and the datasources transaction type is set to "logging Last Resource", the following error occurs.

LLR datasources can not be deployed in a partition
