Data Is Deleted Automatically From OSB Reporting Tables WLI_QS_REPORT_ATTRIBUTE & WLI_QS_REPORT_DATA (Doc ID 2387721.1)

Symptoms

Inserts done into OSB Reporting tables WLI_QS_REPORT_DATA and WLI_QS_REPORT_ATTRIBUTE are being deleted within seconds of insert. The DELETE statements below are seen continuously running against the DB:

DELETE FROM WLI_QS_REPORT_ATTRIBUTE WHERE MSG_GUID IN (:1 ,:2 ,:3 ,:4 ,:5 ,:6 ,:7 ,:8 ,:9 ,:10 ,:11 ,:12 ,:13 ,:14 ,:15 ,:16 ,:17 ,:18 ,:19 ,:20 ,:21,:22 ,:23 ,:24 ,:25 ,:26 ,:27 ,:28 ,:29 ,:30 ...

DELETE FROM "OSB01_SOAINFRA"."WLI_QS_REPORT_DATA" where "MSG_GUID" = :1...

There was an attempt to kill the DB sessions associated with these statements, but they re-appeared immediately after.

Analysis of the DB V$SESSION view identified that this was originating from the OSB Domain.
