On : 11.2.0.4 version, 9120-Install

java.lang.NullPointerException is raised in OWB Control Center Service Log when starting the OWB service manually with start_service.sql or with the run_service.sh script:

Recently upgraded the RDBMS and OWB from version 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4.
