Symptoms
On a 12c database, a
Receiving ora-38824 error when applying APEX patch 5.1.4 to 12.2.0.1 database.
Applying apex patch 5.1.1.00.08 to a 12.2.0.1 database and am receiving ora-38824 errors when running the apply script.
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-38824: A CREATE OR REPLACE command may not change the EDITIONABLE property
of an existing object.
APEX was removed using the apxremov.sql script, and then reinstalled using apexins.sql or apxrtins.sql, but the error still occurs. What is causing this failure?
