No Java Icon Found in "Programs And Features" after Java SE 7u161 and above Installation

Symptoms
After installing the latest Java 7U161, it is observed that "Programs And Features" has no Java Icon. The Java Icon was found in 7U151 & earlier versions.
This is also observed with the latest JDK 6 Update 171.
