When Selecting the Enterprise Capture Import Frequency of Everyday Files are not Importing at the Set Time (Doc ID 2389881.1)

Symptoms

When setting the WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) Import Job Frequency to Everyday and the time to 1700 hours, files are imported at 0500 hours.

In the log, the hour is set to 17 and the Import frequency is set as -1, but the log timestamp shows 2018-01-25T04:59:20.149-05:00.
