Goal

When SSL Client and SSL server configured on weblogic servers are 1 way, SSL client needn't send identity information to SSL server.
But, SSL client will load the configured identity and trust when the application deployed to SSL server is accessed from SSL client using HttpsURLConnection for the first time.
