While applying <Patch 26591558> - OSS SECURITY PATCH UPDATE 12.1.3.0.0 (CPUOCT2017) to 12.1.3 Oracle Home , it conflicts with the existing <Patch 26734015> - MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 12.1.3.0.0 FOR BUGS 21849941 20057252
