Symptoms

Error when attempting to deploy WCC


ERROR
-----------------------
javax.servlet.ServletException: Could not start up IDC server deployment.
Caused By: java.io.IOException: Oracle WebCenter Content failed to initialize inside its servlet environment.
Caused By: intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csProviderUnableToStartSystem,SystemServerSocket
Caused By: intradoc.data.DataException: !csCouldNotListenOnPort,4444
Caused By: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Install WebLogic Service (WLS)
2.Install WCC
3.Create RCU
4.Configure single node cluster
5.Complete configuration
6.Start Admin and Node Manager
7.Start WCC servers(UCM_server1 and UCM_server2)
8.Access the URLs
9.UCM_Server1 URL is not accessible
