Symptoms

After installation, SQL*Plus could connect to database. However, post restart of the Machine, it fails to load SQL*Plus.

"Error 57 initializing SQL*Plus"

"Error loading message shared library"

 

Changes

 New install of Client SQL*plus on Windows 10 ( VM machine).
