Massive User Permissions Loss in Webcenter Content when using multiple providers via libOVD virtualization - User Does Not Have Sufficient Privileges (Doc ID 2391706.1)

Symptoms

When using using multiple Active Directory providers, a massive amount of users do not have the sufficient privileges, and are reporting that they cannot access files or folders in Webcenter Content.

This environment has been working for about 4 years without problem.

The following error is being reported in the UCM_server1-diagnostic-xxxxx.log:
