Symptoms

While executing the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3.0 Upgrade Assistant with an <FMW_NON-SYSDBA_USER> user on READINESS mode or while performing the upgrade, the following error messages occurs in the ua*.log:
