After OAM Logout a Blank Page is Displayed Instead of Being Redirected to the Configured End URL (Doc ID 2393440.1)

Symptoms

After successfully accessing a protected resource and logging in the user clicks the "logout" button. The browser displays a blank page instead of redirecting to the expected end_url. Once landing at the blank page if the user clicks the browser refresh button the redirect to the end_url occurs as expected.

From the OAM diagnostic log the following error is seen:
