Symptoms
A customer raised a concern that miss-configuration of SSL (wrong password) should not cause the cluster to fail to start. When the password is set wrong, the below error is reported and member failed to start in the federation cluster. Therefore, the customer thinks that coherence shall not stop the cluster from starting and proceed with fall back using non-SSL tmb:// for federation if the remote federation participant allows QOS degradation. In this case, the federation cluster is configured active-active cluster participants using SSL.
