Archiver Of Manage Site Replication Is Not Able To Launch (Doc ID 2393769.1)

Archiver of "Manage Site Replication" still using Java Applet Plug-in. So, Archiver is not able to launch from this location.

Steps to reproduce:

1.
Enable Site Studio components and restart WCC to enable component.

2.
Select the following

Administration
-->Site Studio Administration
--> Manage Site Replication

3.
Click Archiver icon.
